Picked these up today. They didn't come with the receivers, but they do turn on (I'm gonna have to test their actual play once I find my wavebird receiver). Buttons all seem responsive and not sticky or jammed. Only prob are the nubs on the sticks. Still, anyone know what these would be worth if I threw them on here or ebay? or do the nubs make people say no no no?

I know anytime I see a controller missing the analog nub, I generally say "no no no". I still don't know how those come loose like that.

That, plus the missing receivers, will make them a tough sell. You could probably sell them to someone who has the means to refurbish them, but that person more than likely wouldn't want to pay all that much for something he would have to spend time and money to repair.

Yeah. I was thinking maybe for parts or a lil bundle deal for the two. The one stick (the one that doesn't look like it was chewed on by a hound from hell) is actually quite comfortable. Feels good. Yeah, I honestly don't know how they come off/get worn like that.

I don't know about ebay but back in May I bought a good condition pair of wavebirds with receivers from someone on this forum for $45 shipped to my house. So I would think too much in the condition they are in.

Actually, if you have a small enough triwing screwdriver, you can replace those analog sticks with the ones on any first-party Gamecube controller you have lying around. The plastic part of the stick pops right off. Then you just have to find some receivers.

In that condition maybe $5 each, if they work. Whoever gets them will need to find spare receivers and replace the analog sticks so I don't think they'll be worth much unless you refurbish them yourself and get receivers.

Are these still available with doors?
