As you can read here - http://mygurumeditation.wordpress.com/2011/07/20/with-great-toys-come-great-annoyances/ I have some woes with my Panasonic 3DO, basically it's rejecting every game ISO I burn to disc, with the only common factor being the discs themselves.
Now I have heard on the giant retro grapevine that the 3DO can be very, very fussy about the CDR media to use, so does anyone have any recommendations?
Shoot, like a good psychologist, I'm listening.....

Taiyo Yuden 74 minute (650 MB) CD-R's (http://www.amazon.com/Taiyo-Yuden-74min-Gold-Spindle/dp/B0033YALLI) and slow burn speeds are your friends.

Try high burn speeds, too. I find that, on modern drives, high burn speeds tend to be more readable on older devices than slow burn speeds. May depend on your drive.

Use ImgBurn, it automatically detects the compatible write speeds for each type of disc and the drive you have. Just burn at the slowest speed that's still supported and it should work fine. I'm not sure what brands of media you've used but Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden should be excellent quality, or possibly Memorex if you aren't planning on buring too many games. I've never tried burning games for the 3DO though.
