Also covered in 2008 as part of the Monday Morning MAME Club (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=122913). Not to mention the AVGN thread. Glad at least it's a rare board that already commands high value and won't be inflated by the AVGN link. However makes you wonder how long until some rich yuppie snob twenty-something buys the next board that comes up so it can collect dust. Hmmm... sounds like a job for Chris Bores.

The ROM is readily available, so they can throw the boards into a volcano for all I care.

It definitely looks like great stuff, but it's nothing compared to some of the greatness that never made it out of the arcade. Battle Circuit, anyone?

Ah, I forgot I wasn't on the KLOV forums for a minute there, gotta watch my tabbing.

Out of curiosity, how much does a NBB board go for these days? And how about a full, original cab?

This is a really fun game though. Glad to see some attention being shone onto Irem, they've been pretty quiet as of late. I wonder how bad they are doing financially right now, the earthquakes in Japan forced them to cancel a PS3 title in their disaster series. Maybe this video will make enough buzz to get them to do an XBLA release after all, that'd be neat.
