SNK game, what is it?

I remember this SNK shooter, cannot remember the name of it. One the levels involved shooting up enemy mechs and soldiers in an airport in one of the opening levels.

Operation Wolf or T2 style. You shoot the gun at the screen. Things blow up.

The Wiki entry doesn't show pictures of the Arcade version but I definitely remember the game being an Operation Wolf clone. I remember the intro screen had a voice that went "Mechanized Ahhh-tack!" :p
