hello fellow gamers, i recently was given a japanese playstation 2 that is complete with manual and game and original case with artwork, on the fron the case there is a sticker with the words.

NETWORK PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT

is this a complete game or a not finish type or ???

can anyone tell what these words mean?

My guess is that it's a setup disc for the network adapter.

the game is velvet file but i want is this is a incomplete game? a diffirent version of the released game?? or ??, there is a sticker with the words

NETWORK PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT the words are in black letters, i got several jp games with the same things on them, i do not have a import system to see this stuff. thanks
