Does anyone know what the weight limit is? I did a few searches and wasn't able to come up with anything. I recently got one and don't want to break it.

I don't know the weight limit, but my brother is 160 lbs and he didn't break it. Maybe that benchmark will be of some use?
There really is no limit as long as you have the pad on a hard surface. A plush carpet could cause damage due to stretching of the outer cover or internal contacts, but that would happen with anyone. I'd also recommend socks for the same reason, as bare feet could cause tearing.
The pad is meant to be stomped and danced on. The effective force from someone of any weight on the tips of their toes is immense. The difference between a big and small person is minuscule in relation. This isn't the Wii Balance Board, which is not designed for any sort of jumping.

But the Wii balance board also isn't 25 years old. I highly recommend getting yourself a solid sheet of plywood or something if you're using it on carpet, or use on hard floor like Zing said.
Good news is Power Pads seem to be in easy supply.

AVGN said the limit for the Roll'n Rocker was 110 lbs, and it's somewhat similar to the Power Pad. I'd say the Power Pad could take 130 or so, conservative estimate.
Then again it was marketed to older children and younger teenagers.

Last time I used the Power Pad I believe I was 275. You're not going to break it.
The Roll'n Rocker is solid plastic supported on a single point. The Power Pad is essentially the same material and construction as Konami's DDR dance pads, which accept far more abuse than the Power Pad ever should in normal usage.

I was being very conservative with 130... now with the new info I would estimate 300 as the limit.
So I can use a Power Pad after all (:
