It's called Mr Basic Meets Bits 'n Bytes. I've never heard of it and I've had quite a bit of INTV in my day. Found it at Goodwill and I can't pass up a game I've never heard of. I see prices and rarity of complete items but would the factory seal make it more $$ or just add on a few bucks?

I don't know the price, but I can give you a little bit of insight into the game itself. It's designed to work with the Intellivision ECS module, the computer add-on that came out late in it's life and really went nowhere. It's a tutorial for children on the magic and wonders of computer programming in the BASIC language. Unfortunately, the BASIC interpreter in the ECS was painfully limited (commands could only be four letters long due to memory constraints, instead of typing "print" you'd type "prin") so it wasn't all that useful. Still, it's a fairly rare one considering the ECS didn't light up the world. And I doubt there's that many of them still sealed after all these years.

I sold a complete Mr. Basic for about $60.00 a while back. I would say you might be able to pull 80 to 100 for it. If you let it sit in an eBay store for some time.
