I was downloading some abandonware DOS titles, and I came upon this neat little RPG that there doesn't seem to be much information on. It was made by a company in Massachusetts called Zonarware in 1996. I found a small article about it from a few years ago, but there's nothing else I can find except empty database entries:

It's more of a console style RPG than a traditional one, which there doesn't seem to be many from this era. I've been looking for a game like this on DOS, Aspetra fits the bill nicely.

Oh hey, I remember that one. Indeed, there were very, very few turn-based RPGs of that nature on the PC back in the day. Kind of bland, though, particularly since you couldn't learn any magic in the shareware version.
