I find that singing those stubborn, dirty games helps them run a lot better. SNES games are from the early 90's, try some Candlebox or Seven Mary Three. That should do the trick.

That seems to be a growing "problem" lately...people are too lazy to look around for themselves.
Over @ AA there've been about 5 separate threads about cleaning/fixing CDs...(including mine!)
