Hi all, first of all this is my first post in this forum so I hope I am doing this right. I apologize if I mess up. I recently bought a Sony pvm 2530 at a local goodwill I had seen people talk about how great video games look on these things in rgb. Not knowing any better I went to a local game store and bought a few rgb s-cart cables they had. Once I got home I opened the box, set up my ps1, and turned the monitor around to plug the cable in. It was at this moment that I realized that this was going to be a lot harder to do than I had originally thought it would be.

I've been searching the net for a couple hours now and haven't found any real answers or if I have I just don't know what they are talking about. Anyways if there is someone on here that could tell me what I need and what I need to do to make this work it would be greatly appreciated.

- Thanks a lot Dccloth

Your best bet is to get a scart hub and then a scart->pvm connector for it. That way you don't need to splice every scart cable you have to fit the pvm. PM me if you need one made.

I can help. I'm a GameSX.com fourm member, and I recommend you go there and post in the fourms RGB Thread. I can answer your question over there, and so can everyone else. Over there i'm vkp_ashley, just say I sent ya.

Here's what you're looking for, OC: http://retrogamingcables.co.uk/sony-pvm-scart-convertor

I bought one of these for my PVM and you can't go wrong!
