I have a guy offering me 220 nes games for $400. There is no doubles. He didn't tell me what games they were. Is less than $2 a game a good deal? What do you think?

It can be. Look at the number of sports games, for starter, obviously. And all your Marios n DKs n Mega Mans n whatnot. If you're looking for play/collection stuff, it's probably a great deal. If you're looking for any sort of resale value, look closer at the titles. I wouldn't spend that kind of money without a little research.

$2.00 a game is almost always a good deal if you're just collecting. For resale purposes no though. I have a hard time getting games sold at $4.00 and free shipping as is.

I have over 400 nes games so i am sure that i will have to resell alot but i could also find some i do not have.

I've been on both sides of the spectrum. I once got a "100 nintendo games" lot for $150 with no pics or list and it had all Mega Man games Contra Force and Maxi 15 complete among other nice titles.
I've also had a 75 for $75 with 50 SMB/DH and Gyromite type games.
Go for it!

The question is what's the shipping or is it in person?
If it's in person or shipping included and you believe him when he is saying there are no doubles, absolutely go for it.

With no doubles this is almost guaranteed to be worth it. Tough to get that many NES games without a few worth at least $10 apiece. There aren't a ton of NES games that aren't worth at least a buck. Of course condition is also a factor here.

I went and got those games today. There was some average games, but it will pay off. There was 60 games that i didn't have the best being romance of the three kingdoms II.
