ncaa football 12 coke zero black edition cover ps3?

I found this in a cart when I was at sam's club today. it's basically a regular cover for ncaa football 12 just with a black back drop in place of the normal sports game white and right below the title it says Coke Zero Black Edition.


I normally wouldn't bother asking a question about a sports game in here but the only place on the net that I've found that mentions this cover is here http://www.zonasprite.mobi/ I really don't think this is anything special but it's been bugging me all day so any help in finding out what this is from would be appreciated.

While not sure where it originated, I'd go as far as saying it's not wanted much and wouldn't go for much, but in the future, may become a desired variant.

Was the box sealed with a game inside? Or was it an empty promo box?

There was no case and from what I can tell it's never been in one. (like the covers in the ebay auction Portnoyd posted)
