Actual Game carts or a CD of roms?
This would be a good deal if it were for real. There's a bunch of collectable games in there. I just don't know if I can bring myself to bidding. 4 rep and no picture? :(

Since he's sold the same thing twice before I would assume its a cd of roms.

Then at $268 final price someone's gonna be REAL pissed.

"By bidding you have agred to my disclamer for a copy of it email me at reaper_jac@hotmail.com"
Whooo! Smells like fish! Think I'll ask what the disclaimer is.

I don't think some of those games are even for the SNES
Albert odyssey Albert odyssey 2 Amanga 1 Amanga 2 Arkanga , metroid 3
Also there are so many spelling errors I don't think a player or collector would be that careless.
I think the buyer got screwed.

Hmm . . . I'm not sure about the Amanga and Arkanga games, but there were two Albert Odyssey titles for the Super Famicom. (The Albert Odyssey released for the Saturn was actually called "Albert Odyssey Gaiden" in Japan.) And isn't Metroid 3 another name for Super Metroid?
Not that this makes the auction any less suspicious . . .

Well he's making a big mistake letting people pay with pay-pal. They'll just do a fraud claim and get their money back.

I would think people who collect stuff like this would be smarter than that. Also. looking at his feedback I would think people paying $300 would leave some pretty bad feedback if they got a cdrom, so I really don't know what is going here. Maybe someone should e-mail one of the past winners and ask them.

I sent an email to one of his past winners asking what they received and this is the response I got.
"Mate stay well clear, he will send you neither. As you
can see I bought the auction and payed him $350 to
which he said to leave feedback before he would send
anything. He's emailed me various times basically
delaying things but I am confident he has nothing he
says he has. If you look at his other auctions, he has
had the exact same items up for same numerous times, I
am already going through Ebay to try and get some
money back!"
I guess this answers the question.

What kind of idiot leaves feedback for a 350 dollar auction when you haven't even received the item yet??? That sure is dumb.

If I can get a stooge account set up, I am totally up for sniping in at $19,500 LOL
You'd have to snipe it at that price, otherwise he'll cancel the auction. Given the amount of time it takes to get a sellers fee refund off ebay, that ought to teach him a lesson!
