I think some people are joining ebay with the misconception that it is mainly stores getting rid of old stock.
I sold this shower curtain that I got at an estate sale, pack it in ziploc bag and bubble wrap in a box, sent within a week, and this is the feedback I get:

Neutral : Normal transaction that met requirements; no reply to e-mails

Normal transaction isn't good enough now?? I think I will give THEM a neutral "Normal transaction that met requirements. Paid. Didn't give me extra money or sound happy"

Sheesh, no pleasing some people. And for the record, I don't know what emails they are talking about, unless I am supposed to confirm every automatic paypal email??

I'd give them the Neutral as well and then send them an email asking what the problem was? Maybe they ARE dumb newbies.
