Plumbers Don't Wear Ties Sealed

I know this game has gotten pretty expensive since the AVGN review. I can't seem to find any eBay listings for new or used ones to judge the value against. So, I ask, what's it worth? It's completely sealed and the box is in good condition. Thanks in advance for any help.

Id say at least 140 if its sealed. This titles pretty rare, and complete ones were going for around 100$ not too long ago.
