The playstation version was just lame. I know they can do better. There seems to be room for a ton of football titles there must be room for one more. It was the only football game non-sports fans ever enjoyed.

Xrated titles ?

We had more xrated games for the Atari 2600 than the PS2, XBox and Game Cube combined ? Come on who doesn't want to see Custers Revenge upgraded on the Xbox ?

KID ICARUS sucked.

I think you all know its true. It just has this status a classic game so everyones like ya kid icarus was cool. think about it it sucked.

I'd like to see a remake of the first Battle Toads.... but making it actually playable. I can't beat the damn thing with infinite lives thanks to game genie. Many hours were put into it a year or two ago with my roomate at College. Neither of us could beat the damn thing.

Kid Icarus was one of the only games I beat growing up.
I thought it worked well as an original platform game. Great graphics , Great gameplay , rooted in Greek Mythology , Colorful enemies , side mini-games (the vases and the hammers) and Unique items. Hell you can even get a credit card and pay for stuff later. Now there is an item I'd like to see for sale in the Zelda series.

I am curious as to why you would say it sucked. You'll have to be a little more specific or you will come off sounding like those fan boys who clamor "NINTENDO SUCKS XBOX RULEZ"

Oddly enough.. I was playing Kid Icarus on the Xbox just last night for a good 2 hours LOL

Kid Icarus may be a decent little game, but it seems to rate pretty low on the Nintendo radar. I mean, Metroid was fairly popular over here in America (and not so much so in Japan), and yet Nintendo made only five Metroid games in over fifteen years. And Kid Icarus is even further down on the company's priority list. We were lucky to get that Game Boy sequel, I think.

As for the Battletoads, the problem wasn't with the games so much as the characters. They were corny, they tried too hard to be clever, and if it wasn't for their games, they wouldn't have lasted any longer than the Biker Mice from Mars or whatever. I liked the Battletoads games, but I mean, I didn't really think much of Zitz, Rash, and Pimple, even when I was a kid.
