Game Doctor for SNES

I want one but i've been wondering if it will play on a us system that hasn't been modded to play games from asia.

gamergary: i can sell u a japanese version of SNES together with the game doctor.
if you buy, i charge u for 12.5 USD for that SNES with joypad. i have lots of this kind of SNES.

AG: Game Doctor can let you play game ROM file on your SNES. It is illegal if you dont have an original cartridge but playing ROM file on your SNES. Game Doctor can let you backup your cart into floppy. save and load your game status whenever you like. even you can modify your SNES game data etc.

Most of these devices have slots cut into the cart connectors so they can be used on Japanese & US systems (at least the ones I have do) so buying an import machine might not be necessary.
BTW, I have a Game Doctor 6 & Super Pro Fighter 24M for sale if anyone wants one.
