I was curious how much someone would pay for this home brew game. I came across a copy and am not all that interested in keeping it. I googled it and didn't find a whole lot. Can anyone give me a ballpark figure?

$20-$30. It's not sold from Retrozone anymore but it was hardly a desired title. You know, because it's Tic Tac Toe and part of the NintendoAge 'Look mah, I'ma programmin'!' series of homebrew titles.

How much more would be needed to program, wasn't it already on the SNES Hotel consoles?

The NES game is a homebrew.

The SNES game is a commercially developed game called Naughts & Crosses, never sold retail. I believe DreamTR owns/owned a proto cart, though I don't know if it was ever explained why such a game needed a special chip like the SA-1.
