Does anyone know where 72 pin connectors for the Toploader can be purchased online? Sure, I could buy and cannibalize a broken Toploader when one surfaces on ebay, but I'd rather buy exactly what I need.

*Note: There is no need to feel sorry for me having a busted Toploader and being unable to play my NES games. I have a working Toploader, multiple working originals, and a FC Twin whose existence I tolerate. I have an opportunity to buy a Toploader with a broken 72 pin connector so I just want to know if it is worth the purchase.

Pretty sure the toploader just uses a standard connector. You should be able to buy one at any major electronic component supply store.

JAMMAboards has this one: http://www.jammaboards.com/store/72-pin-card-edge-connector/prod_308.html

Mouser Electronics has this: http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/EDAC/346-072-520-202/?qs=U4pz39agNJAqQXxMNYjVuQ%3d%3d

They're called "Card Edge Connectors" if you want to shop around more.
