I always wondered who the heck made these? Where did they come from? Where did arcade operators buy them? Who programmed a version of Frogger that ran on a Scramble PCB for example? Did they make bootleg PCBs? It seems like such a small, niche market that you couldn't sell out in the open and so labor intensive, why did people do it?
