To talk this guy down? His price seems really high, but maybe I'm just anal.

I'd say this is very high for what is listed. There are a couple gems in there like Shining Force III, but overall nothing that couldn't be pieced together for less.

The guy wants 2k and wont' even provide a single picture? Who would spend that much sight unseen?

If he's very lucky, he could part it all out for $2k and just $2k. It never hurts to offer lower, especially if he can't offer pics.

Sure you can try but I wouldn't bother unless you want it for 1500

Really? 1500? I don't even think I'd offer 1K for it all. Not worth that much for sure!

I'm not saying it's worth that but the guy selling it has 2000 in mind so unless the OP wants to buy it for 1500 I wouldn't bother. The seller is not going to get an offer of 500 and suddenly realize it's only worth 1000. Realistically the OP could talk him down to 1500.

It's always worth a try man. Worst he can do is say no. Thank him for his time and move on.

Edit: It also helps if you tell him it's an open ended offer. Nobody will give him $2000 for it. I've gotten replies after a month because I told them the offer I give them will always stand.

I'd also check to see which games aren't complete. He says that most come with box and manual, not all.

Looks like he added prices for some stuff. Now you can score that sweet Herc's Adventures for only a hundred bucks.

Should ask him how much the crack was that he snorted before adding those prices.
