Square Enix is known for making games that use their platforms to the highest possible graphical potential, often redefining what gaming hardware is visually capable of. In this fairly low-quality YouTube clip, Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy (http://www.joystiq.com/game/theatrhythm-final-fantasy) looks ... well, it it has Moogles, and that ain't nothing.http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.joystiq.com/media/feedlogo.gif (http://www.joystiq.com)Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy looks pretty Flashy (http://www.joystiq.com/2011/09/12/theatrhythm-final-fantasy-looks-pretty-flashy/) originally appeared on Joystiq (http://www.joystiq.com) on Mon, 12 Sep 2011 13:20:00 EST. Brought to you by the same company that gave you Final Fantasy XIII and cancelled Chrono Break. The wonderful, money-hungry, artistically-unaware, Squenix.

Put the franchise out of its misery. This is painful to watch...

Those characters remind me of some others.

Its looking pretty weak as it stands, thats too bad. I really like the idea of a Final Fantasy Music Compilation rhythm game but it just looks like a mobile phone game and a bad one at that.

On a related note I really really really hope we get Type 0 in the states, that FF game looks sweet.

Ick... just... ick. I was a fan of EBA on the DS, but this art style screams "FarmVille!" to me.
I hope this is a planned $5 download title and not something they expect people to pay $30-40 for.
Ick.
