Well, Super Smash Bros. Melee is nearing the point where I don't need a daily fix of it anymore...so what to do to pass the time? DREAM ABOUT THE SEQUEL, OF COURSE!
Here's what I'd like to see:
CHARACTERS
Pit - Good ol' Kid Icarus is just SCREAMING to be put in a Smash Bros. game. He can shoot arrows, swing a hammer, play the harp, call centurions....
Wario - With the various helmets and such found in the Wario Land games, he doesn't have to be a Mario clone. Far from it!
Samurai Goroh - OK, I admit it. I love F-Zero, and Samurai Goroh especially.
Mario should have a new attack involving the FLUDD, and Luigi should be able to use the Poltergust 3000. Maybe Samus will get some new weapons in Metroid Prime....?
STAGES
Sky Palace - Or something from Kid Icarus. Wouldn't it rock to hear fully orchestrated Kid Icarus music?
Pill Bottle - Dr. Mario needs his own stage.
Luigi's Mansion - This would be great!
Mushroom Kingdom III - Following the tradition, let's have an "old style" Super Mario Bros. 3 stage.
Airship - Wouldn't one of the SMB3 airships kick ass as a stage?
Construction site - Ooh, an "old style" Donkey Kong stage would kick ass as well.
MISC. GRIPES
Different victory music for different characters! It's weird hearing Mario's victory music when you win as Bowser! Why couldn't Dr. Mario have had the Dr. Mario Stage Clear music?
Trophies I'm suprised I didn't see
