They used to sell those things for something around $500 a few years ago. It's a flimsy plastic cabinet with a tiny monitor. I remember seeing one in a Linens N' Things store a few years back, and later in a higher quality Big Lots. They weren't bad little machines, just overpriced considering the build quality. I was never sure if the games were really emulated or just 'approximated'.

Everyone I've talked to that has used one of these has said to avoid them. I would maybe go for it for $50, but no more.

The on and off switch on the side of the machine is a surge protector, hell I think 25 bucks is a good offer for it - haha

I had the Konami version (sold it to my old landlord when I moved out of my apartment for his kids to use, he reported back that they love it).
I wouldn't call the build flimsy, but it's not a pro arcade cabinet or built for intense usage. Also, for a 2 player setup the space is really cramped. Also they're short so if you're tall you'll have to buy some type of riser to put them on.
The games on the one I had were arcade roms with the exception of Castlevania which was likely Vs. Castlevania rom and they all ran fine.
When popped open you'd find that the monitor is actually an old computer type CRT fixed on its side for a vertical image to accommodate the vertical games and the games were all running from a cpu board which also had the joysticks panel wired directly to it.
I'd say for $100 or less brand new or $50 or less used they're cute little things, but no substitute for the real deal. If you have youngsters in your family that you'd like to introduce to the world of arcade cabinets, you could do worse!
