Not sure if anyone has asked yet, but who is going to pick up Goldeneye Reloaded, and who is going to switch from the Wii version? I am going to get it, and i am switching from the Wii version...Just wondering.

It's Goldeneye. Not day one, but as soon as it gets a major price drop, yeah. Unfortunately I'm already fully aware I'm not going to enjoy it as much as the original or Perfect Dark.

If you have Steam/Source, get GoldenEye Source. Even if you don't have Steam or Source, you can still get it those for free making GE:S free as well. It does the N64 game justice and is quite fun, despite being multi-player only. For the price, you cannot go wrong.

"Switch"? What does that mean? You have to stop playing the Wii version? I'll get the new one and I'll continue playing the Wii version as well as the N64 version.

its a far cry from the n64 version and vast improvements from the wii version like the multiplayer is now 16 players, updated to 720, 5.1 sound, more options into the story and mi6 ops

Rented it from Redbox. Looks and feels like Modern Warfare reskinned with James Bond.
Definitely a "wait till it's $20" title for me, that is, if I don't finish it in the next few days.
One thing is for sure, I'm not digging the story's re-imagining.

I going to get this no matter what. I don't play shooters at all beside MW so It will be refreshing for me. I played a few levels of the Wii one and I liked it. Now I just need to stop being so poor :(.

I don't care for all the changes they made to the levels and storyline. I really wanted a direct recreation of the original Golden Eye, down to the smallest detail, just with better graphics and updated multiplayer. I don't really care for this re-imagining business. I'll still get it, but once it's $20 or less.

I'm glad I passed on the Wii version. And although I'll eventually get this one, it's releasing right before this years two best shooters arrive(MW3 next week and Halo: CE Annivesary the week after). Like others have already said, I won't be picking this one up until after it reaches the Target clearance bin. I still want the completed(yet unreleased) XBLA version.

Online is dead ... Rented it from redbox ... Just to play 4 player... local multiplayer but was very upset that there was. No bots ....this game is going back tommorrow did not waste time on campaign .. I would have bought this game if it had bots in local multiplayer

On a side not, played a little "drunken" game of Goldeneye (64) last night with some friends and it was as fun as ever.

Played through the campaign this week. It's just Call of Duty with weaker visuals and miserable pacing. The number of enemies is ludicrous. As I put in the review, there are more Russian terrorists in this game than there are Russians in Russia. The stealth has no logical base (don't hear shattering windows, see Bond through full foliage) and the QTE's that require mashing the triggers are painful... literally.
I can't imagine a community forming either. Why play a COD title without COD?

Im not going to be so hard on the game. I just beat the bunker and I am enjoying it. Ya it feels just like COD but thats a good thing. The Wii one was so much worse. I think the problem with the game is the fact that its a Wii game pretty much. Splinter Cell for PS2 does the spy thing a bajillion times better. I still enjoy it and always try to do things as stealthy as I can. I have never played COD one player mode on any of the games because I think its generally boring, but I enjoy trying to complete every objective for the missions that this game has.
PS. MW3 MIDNIGHT RELEASE TOMORROW!!!!
