I was reading a import review of Space Channel 5 part 2 and this is what it said...

"Sega's dance music rhythm action adventure title, Space Channel 5 Part 2, is back and better than ever as our famous dance reporter is at it again. This is destined to be one of Sega's greatest titles ever! No true dancing rhythm game can be without the world famous Michael Jackson who appears throughout the game and adds his own style to Space Channel 5. "

Has anybody played this game and if so how much MJ is in it? Are any of his songs in it? Will it be coming to the U.S.?
A pure MJ dance beat type of game probably wouldn't sell well but I definitely would pick it up. Billy Jean, Jam, PYT, Smooth Criminal, and others would make a good dance game in my opinion.

he's in the first one for the dc, y'know...i think there's more of him in part 2, but i'm one of those folks who'd like to see less of the king of pop, lol...

I don't have a dreamcast so I had no idea he was in the first one as well. Does he just dance? Are there any of his songs in it?

No MJ songs, he's really nothing more than part of the backdrop about three quarters of the way through the game.

Yes, he dances, and like the rest of the game, you have to have a dance-off against him. Not particularly difficult to defeat him, I'm afraid.

Meh.

Hopefully there's some kind of easter egg where you can give MJ an MJ dance-kick in the nads.

I was truly suprised the first time I saw "Space Michael Jackson" in Space Channel 5. Plus, it's ACTUALLY HIS VOICE! I saw it in the credits. Hmm.

Yup, it's him. The story is (take it for what it's worth) that when MJ got word of the SC5 game, he called Sega begging to be in it.

And now you know... the REST of the story.
