Sealed Game Boy Games

Just found two sealed Game Boy games: Rolan's Curse and TMNT: Fall of the Foot Clan. My question is, are these real seals? They sure look like it.
I see a sealed Rolan's Curse went for $107 on ye old Ebay not long ago, so I'm guessing the value is around there. But any ideas about TMNT would be appreciated.

They look legit, for sure. As for value, I'm not much help on the GB NIB's sorry.

I'm pretty sure those are legit seals, it's kind of hard to see clearly with your photos.
