ODST glitch?

Thats the only thing i can think of.

ME and my friend have spent the last 3 days playing online co op on Halo ODST and we finally beat it today. We got the legendary ending and everything. But we do not get the achievement nor does it show in our completed Co op mission list.

We had to continue the mission from a checkpoint and the gate was closed behind us. is there something wrong since we are plannin tomorrow to restart the mission completely

As I recall playing co-op in ODST could get quite glitchy depending on who was the party leader. If you played co-op I believe that whoever was the initial party leader had to stay party leader. If someone else became party leader the next day the game wouldn't load from where yall originally left off at. This happened to my best friend when she was playing thru co-op. Luckily I played thru the whole thing myself so I didn't have to worry about that. But I think thats what sets off this glitch or perhaps other things do too but this is the only way I know of.

You probably missed a checkpoint. Most likely on the Coastal Highway. It seems to be the only place you can advance without actually hitting a checkpoint so upon completion, you didn't get all checkpoints thus no achievement.
