Damn that felt weird, writing the date the wrong way round :/ Month, then day? Crazy, if you ask me ... anyways...

Not sure if this counts as a mid-week find, technically, since I paid for it ages ago.. but it's been shipped surface mail so it was almost like finding it again when it arrived this morning! A nice big load of Megadrive imports:

All in absolutely MINT condition, for $70 shipped. Sweet :D
Oh yeah, and I got three Genesis games with it - Eternal Champions, some football (soccer) game, and some hockey game. Also mint, but I don't really give a monkeys about them, to be honest :-D

I love Gamestation for two reasons. One, they are the only game shop in town that still stocks used 16 bit and 8 bit games. In fact they are the only shop in town that still stocks used Saturn games. But also, all the stuff that gets traded in sits in boxes that are clearly visible from the counter. So I go in, check the shelves and then lean over the counter and scope the trade-in boxes! Got lots of deals that way!

That's how I picked up the DC stick yesterday. I don't know why it was in the Trade in box, but I asked about it, he ran it through the till and it hadn't been priced .. so he made a price up. Which was fine by me!
