A local resale store has a SEGA genesis controller that caught my eye. It looks EXACTLY like a normal 3 button controller except where the SEGA loco should be on the front there is nothing, and it has a "blockbuster video" logo on the back side.
Is this rare? Is it worth anything? I only ask because this is my first time seeing this.

Logo as in molded to the plastic or screen printed on? Or maybe even sticker?
I don't think they had custom controllers for the comp carts.

I had one of these once. Sold it for around $5-10
Might have been for their rental consoles. Just venturing a guess...

There was a thread on one of these before. It's basically their own branded controllers, similar to how GameStop sells their own controllers for modern systems. It doesn't say Sega on it so it's 3rd party.

I believe they're common, I've found a few threads mentioning these and everyone says they're common or not worth much.

Yes.me too,,picked them up at a flea market years ago..I thought it may have just been a blockbuster sticker but the name was actually in the plastic..
I'd love to find some N64 controllers made by Blockbuster ..if they ever made any..
I need to red the thread in the above post.
