I'm looking for the bit to open the taller sega genesis games with the yellow tabs. They don't have the nintendo style bit or the torex type security bit. It has just three slots evenly spaced.

Those are EA cartridges. They have recessed tri-groove security screws. I'm not sure where to purchase the driver or bits for them, but a google or eBay search would be a god place to start I'd imagine.

Here (http://digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10188) is an older topic on the same issue. Maybe something there will help you.

Any security bit set should have those. I got my set off ebay.
