Devil May Cry 1-3 coming to PS3 and X360

I've never played the first three titles in the series, but I really enjoy Devil May Cry 4. Unless they really mess up the HD upgrade, I think it'll be well worth it at a $40 price point. :)

If it's anything like Resident Evil 4 HD I hope it bombs; laziest company ever. It would be great for fans if they bother to put in the work it deserves though...

Neither have I, despite all three currently sitting on my PS2 shelf factory sealed. And this is one of the reasons I have been enjoying some of these remakes this gen: they give me a reason to play thru these games for the first time using my preferred controller of choice. And of course--achievements:)

Toned down difficulty? That sounds wonderful. I should've waited for that one. I have the original release-day version.

Hard. As. Hell.

With all this talk of how easy games have gotten and how incredibly hard Demon's Souls/Dark Souls are...you really have to wonder if these reviewers were asleep in 2005 or what. DMC3 is almost impossible on it's default setting. Anyway, an HD re-release sounds good. I'll pick it up when it's sub-$20. Just like all the rest.

Both DMC3 and DMC3 SE has the same difficulties except DMC3 SE has one extra.

Very Hard on DMC3 SE is Hard on DMC3, Hard is Normal, and Normal is Easy. Then there is Easy which is easier than DMC3 Easy. Dante Must Die is the same difficulty.
