What I mean by this, is that you have one TurboGrafx-16 hooked up to a small TV or Monitor in your game room, and you have another TurboGrafx-16 hooked up to a Big Screen TV in your living room or whatever.

Right now, I only have one of each system, but I'm almost tempted to try to get two of each, just from a pure convience/laziness standpoint. In my living room I have a Big Screen TV, and in my Gameroom/Computer Room, I have a RGB monitor. The RGB monitor is only like 14 inches big, so the screen is very small, and you have to sit close to it, but the clarity and color and purity of the graphic signal is breathtaking. Then in the living room, is the Big Screen. I hook systems up to that, and you get this grand experience, but the clarity and detail isn't so great. So I often end up switching the different systems back and forth, depending on my mood.

At this point, I kind of rotate the systems around between the different TV's. But I was thinking how convient it would be to have two systems each hooked up in the two different locations, and then all I need to move around is the game itself.

Of course it would cost me quite a bit of cash to get a second system for all the systems that I have.

Sounds like you already know the issues... I generally have two of most systems that I have anyway, simply because I don't have anything more recent than a Dreamcast. I do, however, have multiple systems in multiple places.

I've got two Saturns, two Playstations, and three Atari 5200s. When I buy a TV THAT DOESN'T SUCK I will probably hook up the extra systems to it.

Two of the same system on two different TV's in the same house, right?

Whew. Too rich for MY blood!

I've got several of the older systems (different model variations, clones, etc.) that are either stored or hooked up to an old black & white TV. Three DC's (one hooked up VGA, one to my TV and the last - an import one - waiting for a Kiosk to come home). PS one is hooked up to my upstairs TV and I've got two PS2's hooked to my Room of Doom's TV (one NTSC-J and the other NTSC-U)

I do. at the moment I've got a Dreamcast in my living room and in the basement. laziness is a factor but for a different reason. my living room tv has the newer systems hooked up (DC,PS2, Gamecube XBOX,) the basement is for the older systems. the DC in the basement is a Sports edition I found a few months ago, I hooked it up to test it and have yet to unhook it.

LOL!

Well I do have a few multiple systems, but not necessarily by intention it seems like some times you just end up with extra stuff... I have A US Saturn and a modded JAP Saturn. two c64s. A toaster NES and a top loader. and a six switch a four switch and a jr 2600, but only one is setup at a time.

This is mostly because my gf/so doesn't like videogames that much, so I generally have just one(!) videogame system setup in the living room (currently Gamecube)...

Cheers,
Ben

You think that's bad, I got a friend that has 4, yes FOUR freaking XBOX's in his house. All of them are hooked up to different TV's, and all off them are connected to a Network as well. All he does is play Deathmatch games and stuff like that.

I have 2 SNES systems hooked up, as well as 2 Genesis systems and 2 TG16 systems. I'm out of room for more, but I'll probably do it with other systems in the future!

I have three Genesis systems for various peripheral configerations, but I don't bother with the multiple television business.. Oh, I will be getting about two extra TG-16 systems for free shortly. Extras are always nice. :D

I have 2 Dreamcasts hooked up to 2 TVs, I had to buy the black sports edition when I ran across it, so I have that on the down stairs TV so my wife can play Walt Disney World Quest Magical Racing Tour. (which is a fun game, Think Mario cart with the race tracks as Disney themed rides).

The only consoles I have two of are Mega Drive 2 and N64.

I have two Mega Drive 2's because when I bought a Mega CD 2, it came with a Mega Drive 2, and I was unable to separate it. Although, this Mega Drive was in perfect condition, as opposed to my first.

My second N64 is a US NTSC model, so that's sort of justified in itself.

Well, no. BUT I do have 24 systems (plus 2 vcrs and a beta) hooked up to the same 32" TV with a series of AV and RF switchboxes. Around 14 of those are also split to a 17" TV right next to it so it can be viewed on both at the same time, or one system playing on one TV and another on the other TV. Very cool with absolutely fantastic picture and sound quality (with no cords in sight!)!!!

Oh man where do I start with my wiring nightmare..s

I have a PS/Nintendo/SNES hooked up in the kitchen..but I also have a DVD player/VCR and a Stereo in the kitchen hooked up to a TV/VCR on top of the refrigerator..all this hooked together....(crazy person)

In the Bed room I have a PS/Nintendo/SNES hooked up to a TV... also with a Stereo in that Room..

I have a PS link cable running through a small hole I made in the wall going from the bedroom to the Living room...
Just incase I feel like linking the PS this way..(convenience I call it).

My next project is putting a LCD monitor with game systems in my bathroom
I do have several handheld games in there right now..
I do bring the Vectrex in there a lot though.. :D

I don't own this house so I can't cut big holes in the walls to install monitors for gaming systems...(in the bathroom like I would like too)
I'm going to buy one of those hanging monitors for the bathroom.

In the living room...I have two 27'' TV's next to each other..
I used to have a major wiring nightmare with almost every system in here hooked up to the two TV's through all kinds of crap I bought or made up..
I took me two days to do..
But I didn't like all the wiring madness so I took it all apart..

Right now..when I want to play a certain system on any of the 3 tv's in the living room I jusy hook it up.. quick....I keep most of the hook ups behind the systems..

Some systems are quicker to hook up..One Sega CD/32x unit is on top of the left 27'' TV,,with the AC adapters in a switch board..The RF switch is lying right behind the TV..and so is the Nintendo and SNES.

The systems that I have two of ..currently ready to be hooked up or hooked up already are.
Hooked up on the left TV.. Xbox(for linking)/PS2(for linking)/Game Cube/PS...PS for PS link games..

Duplicate systems on the left TV "not" hooked up..but ready...NES/Saturn/Sega CD II 32X/Sega Master System/SNES/Intellivision..I always use a Genesis 3 to play Genesis games on the left TV..it's more convenient..

On the right TV (my main TV for playing games..I play most of my other systems on this TV)..It's hooked up to a house stereo with 4 large speakers for loud game playing.
On the right side I have an Xbox/PS2/PS..hooked up at all times..
Duplicate systems "not" hooked up but ready are....Saturn(new version)/SNES/Sega Master System/Intellivision/Sega CD 1 32X/NESx2..One has a Action Replay cart in it.

I put a third PS2 on the 3rd TV in my living room for linking..(Gran Turismo 3).....That TV sits next to the computer..(convenience)...
My 4th PS2 is loaned out to my cheap non system buying best friend.. :D

I'm going to buy a second Dreamcast and N64 for the left TV..

I have new spare 13"TV that I use to test systems that I repair or sell or for linking.

I usually have 3 TV's on in the living room most of the day..with the computer.
I told my wife last night people must think I'm nuts with 3 TV's on all the time..
Most of all this is seen in the pcture links below for an understanding.
I changed things around a bit since then..the second Xbox is now on the right shelf..

If this was my house I would put model train tracks along the ceiling going into other rooms..Like I've seen in many restaurants..
The bigger model trains..I'm not sure what size they are.

I've got two PS2's hooked to my Room of Doom's TV (one NTSC-J and the other NTSC-U)

As do I. Got mine just to play Gran Turismo Concept.

See pictures here! (www.dustincarter.com/roomdoom/roomdoom.htm) <clicky>

I also have 2 NES systems, top loader for my main setup, and a toaster for my kiosk-cabinet thing.

Also, a gold N64 for my main rig, and an extra smoke grey one for the same kiosk-cabinet. After all, it does say N64 on it.

Plus, I have an orange N64 laying around somewhere. Damn Nintendo and their Funtastic colors. :/
