Looks like it might be pretty good.

To further report on how good IMBNES is now that I've recovered from my initial SHOCK...
The emulation is near PERFECT. The one hitch I can find is the need to reboot the machine to change games. Unless there's a way around that that I just haven't found yet.
The process of compiling and arranging the ROMs is very, very fast and just insanely user-friendly. I highly recommend renaming your ROMs so they're the full name of the game, not an abbreviation.
The main game selection menu is VERY easy to use.
The process of burning the ROMs to CD was over before I knew it - I figured "Man, all those games, this'll take a while - I can go down the hall to the kitchen and pour myself a drink." Nope. I wasn't even out the door of the Escape Pod when Nero had finished burning the disc. I probably dumped 50 or so games off onto one disc...and it finished burning like a shot.
This has made my year about as much as anything can prior to CGE, guys. I am SERIOUS. Try it out! The guy who did this is a freakin' GENIUS.

I just got this to work for the first time a couple weeks ago and the latest version is great. If anyone had trouble getting it to burn before, try the newest build tool on the site.

The build tool is a no-brainer. Wow! I'm still loving it.
I DID find a way to reset to the main menu from any game in progress: basically, press every button on the controller except the left D-pad keys. Literally. All four action buttons, L1, R1, L2, R2, select and start. Simultaneously.
FINALLY, something those big meaty clumsy hands of mine are good at! LOL

I take it you never heard of the "soft reset" before? ;)
Gonna go download it myself now...

Not for that machine, no. And I didn't have an octopus or squid or sufficiently heavy tarantula handy at the time anyway. :P

I guess it won't work on PS2? :(

They say it works perfectly with the PS2. :D It just needs to be modchipped, I think.
I've already set about making some nice Playstation Donkey Kong jewel case inserts just for shits 'n' giggles. :P

Donkey Kong: now on the PSX, and STILL missing an entire level!
