PS3 Console Prototype

Hi, does anyone know anything about a Playstation 3 H-Chassis Prototype console? I may be buying some and I'm curious about how rare they are and what they might be worth. The sticker on the front of the console reads: "H-Chassis Prototype CEX (UC)"
