Rockman X

I'm considering buying the Megaman X series for Snes but the US prices seem to be way more then the JPN prices for the same games. I have pretty much no Japanese language reading skills and was wondering if i am really missing out on anything of the series going this route.

I would say absolutely not. The only Japanese text in the games is the dialogue boxes. And pretty much everyone still playing these games has stopped reading those entirely anyway regardless of language, so I doubt you'll care. Go for the Rockman versions! :)

Yeah, get the rockman versions, on average you can get X2 for about 15$ and X3 for about 20$. Totally worth it, if you get confused, and you shouldnt (because its just megaman) you can consult an online walkthrough. I beat them both SFC versions and had a blast

I also bought the Japanese version cuz they're cheaper. Earlier this year I got Rockman 7, X2, and X3 for $45 shipped from the same guy.
