WTB: Slap Shot for the Sega Master System

Hello everyone. I am looking to buy Slap Shot for the SMS.

There are a few conditions:
Must be the US version
Must be complete with instructions and of course the blue labeled cart (since that is the only way it came)
Must be in good-great condition

This is the last US SMS game I need besides Sonic so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
