You're not allowed to sell "info" anyway, especially info that is e-mailed or pointed to on-line. Regardless, I sicced SafeHarbor on him , so this'll go away soon.

So he sells them for $1.

Ebay charges 30 cents min to list it.
Then what for final ending fee.

Whats this guy making 50 cents each time. I wouldn't even sit up straight for 50 cents. Hardly worth the effort.

Is it printed out?

He probably spent more than $1.00 on ink and paper alone....

Maybe I'm taking it a bit too personally, but since I've been busting my anal-retentive ass trying to put the PSX list together, I don't appreciate this yahoo making even a mere penny from it. Especially since I'm doing it for FREE out of love for gaming and for this site. And I'm sure most of the other editors (and Joe) feel the same way.

Btw, that reminds me...I lost that e-mail you sent with the Lightspan titles you own, can you resend that to me? ;)

If those really are DP lists, that kid must be shitting himself right now when he notices who the high bidder is. I can't wait to see how this one turns out...

Kristine,

I also did some work on the PSX lists. I almost take it as a badge of honor that our work is deemed sellable. Its the coming of age of the DP rarity lists. I'd rather the people who want the information get it for free also but hey thats on them for not searching.

Maybee we can insert more web links in the rartity list. Or somehow watermark them so you can't see them without seeing the website from which they came.

CRAP about the Lightspan titles.

I got a new computer I don't have that file anymore. I hope I don't have to do that again that was a pain.

Of course, not even .pdf is secure. Google can convert .pdf to html, which can then be turned to anything!

I don't know how things worked out the first time around, or if it even really matters anymore, but this guy is still trying to sell the lists.

Yeah, seriously. Did this guy get brought to justice? If not, we should all be forwarding his ass to safe harbour.

That is wrong that some jerk is trying to make money on people who don't know better, and also I noticed you posted this message over 2 weeks ago, and the jerk still had his bid going...BASTARD

What if you did your list like normal and took a picture screen shot of the text .

You could show all the info but the viewer couldn't interact with it as text it would be one big picture. Anyone wishing to resell would have to type it all out by hand. That would be way too much work for most.

Or they can just send an e-mail with a link to the lists in it.

Last time I talked to Joe about this he apparently has been ignored by the seller. I tried to bid on another one and got outbid at the last second, at 1:30am in the morning. Hmmm...
