does your 3 ds top screen click into position?

Hi guys. So I bought a flame red 3 ds yesterday and the top screen seems sturdy enough and dosent wobble. But... it dosen't click into place. I just sort of goes into position without a sound. Is this how there makeing them now. The black one I played with (when they launched) clicked into position. I just want to make sure its ok so i can take it back to gamestop if need be. Thanks (:

Why cause i didnt like a gamestop employee and called him a squinty eyed douche on a message board. I was nice to him in the store. I just told him the game is the same price new else where and that alot of ds gams are bottlegs (google it, it's supprising how many are and there not easy to spot at all) and that nintendo bricks 3 ds systems if you incert a b.leg game cart.
