Kitsune Sniper - Looks like I was a bit mistaken on what this is...apparently, it's the Dream Connection by Innovation and it allows users to use not just PS/2 keyboards and PSX controllers, but also PS2 controllers and Saturn controllers. From their site:

The site is sold out but judging by the look of the place the company's been dead for a long time.

Can't find this for sale anywhere but see the Total Control Plus (PS1/2 --> DC) available for $25 shipped and the Total Control 3 (Saturn --> DC) available for $30 shipped...how about $25 shipped?
