suspicious auction

hey I spotted this auction (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250932839466&category=117042&_trksid=p5197.c0.m619) on ebay last night

Thing is i watched that exact picture end that morning, I don't know if it's the same seller or what... cuz i lost the original listing... but the first auction ended at ten dollars less then the bin price is... just a heads up for anyone looking to buy this... maybe it's nothing, the seller does have pretty good feed back so i might just be going crazy... anyone else recognize this listing?

If you check the Completed listings it's not that hard to find.

Maybe he had 20 of them or the person backed out of buying.
