hey guys, I need a bit of help.

I picked up a NES Advantage in pretty rough exterior condition and got to thinking that I'd like to padhack the pcb into a real arcade stick. Problem is, I don't know where to solder wires to on the traces. I've taken some detailed images if someone would be so kind as to edit them with markings of where to solder to.

In addition to the buttons, I'd also like to add in new pots and new switches for the turbo fire buttons if so please label the traces for everything. Thank you.

The buttons should be easy. Just use a flat-head screwdriver to scrape away the light green coating over the traces, and solder one wire to either side of the gold button contact points. For the stick, either do the same with the little auxiliary PCB, or solder directly to the U/D/L/R/G points on the main board where the wires come out.

Doing the turbo and slow switches will require finding some kind of toggle switches, desoldering the old ones, and running a pair of wires out of the old solder points. Shouldn't be too hard if you've got a roll of desoldering braid.

For the turbo speed dials, you'll need to figure out what range of resistance they put out, and replace them with that (or take the easy approach, and just leave them cranked up to max all the time).

Determine which side of each button pad has a common "ground". Then you only have to solder one wire per button and one extra for the common trace. Surprised you missed my Arcade Controller Mod Guide back on Racketboy.

You can see how the PSX controller is soldered up, right at the pads. One wire popped off the left direction pad, a simple in place pencil solder repair.

Off the bat I see that you can see where to solder the wires for the D-pad. The spots where those wires connect to even go U, D, L, R, and G for Ground. You should be able to just snip those off the board and then wire them up to your micro switches for a 4-way joystick.
