I been thinking about buying a copy of Earthbound Zero. All the sites I been looking at doesnt offer box and manual just cart. Does anyone know where I can find a CIB Earthbound Zero?

Earthbound Zero was never officially released in North America. Nintendo of North America worked on the game, but never released it due to concerns over if it would turn over a profit in the post SNES video game market. Earthbound Zero is a fan released repro of Famicom's Mother with English translations. If you ever find a box or a manual, it will be a fan produced product.

If all you want is to have it on a cart so you can play it on a real GBA system, there's always the flashcart option.

If you want it to be an authentic looking reproduction, then it looks like not yet.
