Actually, I just saw that recently... it was bundled with one of the new Wii bundles (the non BC ones) at Wal-Mart for Black Friday...
Only place I can find it online is here...

Looks pretty sweet, kinda wish I could find it outside of a Wii bundle... perhaps it might show up in Club Nintendo at some point?
EDIT: Oh wait! You can get it from Wal-Mart's online store when you order a Nintendo Selects title!

Where did you obtain that photo of the bag from?
One of my co-workers claimed she won it in a competition that was sponsored by Nintendo in her ROTC group.

It's entirely possible, y'know... it's not like these bags are marked "Wal-Mart exclusive" or anything.
