What I have is not so much a problem as it is a concern. I recently upgraded my setup to run both my CDX and SNES into an SCART hub which then goes into a converter that goes into Component into my TV. It clears up a lot of the tangled mess of wires my retro station has become but its starting to act a bit funky. When I turn on the CDX/32X I get a weak power signal on the SNES. The power light looks to be only about half strength of what the console normally looks like but again the power light is on. The CDX doesn't have any indicators like the SNES does but I'm concerned anyways that its somehow getting juice even when "off", could this cause damage to my consoles and is their a way to fix this problem?
Example:
CDX/32X and SNES -Scart Splitter - Scart/RGB Converter - Component into TV
This is the splitter that I am using, its a push button type however the buttons don't pop out when you press another in, you need to manually press and depress which scart channel you want to use.

I am also using the standard Ebay Scart to Component adaptor.
