I am pretty excited that we are actually going to get this game in some form. The gameplay footage that I've seen gives it a real PS1-era Final Fantasy feel to it but with a battle system that looks very crisis core-like. Its one of the games I thought wouldn't see daylight here considering how badly the PSP has been doing in the States. I mean it has a world map again...I can't wait! :D

I'm looking forward to this. The PSP needs great games like this.
Just finished Crisis Core and was hoping to see this one head our way. I love the Final Fantasy games for the handhelds.

I don't know much about this but it sounds good and I haven't had interest in a new Final Fantasy in a very long time. 2 UMDs too, sounds huge, I might have to pick a copy up when it comes out.
Oooo I might get this one at some point in time :)

Probably.
With the upcoming release of the Vita I'm hoping we get some sort of extended or enhanced edition to go along with the new console, a good Final Fantasy game could do a lot to move units for the console. I would still pick it up regardless it just seems like it would be a smart move on both SquareEnix and Sony's part because I don't see just a PSP only download release doing very well.
