playsation store game/"cannot be accessed on your account"?

Hi guys. I was wanting to buy ragdoll kung fu for my ps 3. I found it in the playstation store but when i tried to buy it it says" this content cannot be accessed on your account" Does anyone know whats up with this? Thanks.

this error generally shows up when your account does not match the region you are trying to access the store from. ie if your account is say japanese, yet you are in the us.
