Naughty Dog's next title. It's a zombie or zombie like game that looks to carry the cinematic feel of the Uncharted series. No idea how the game plays right now, but here's a trailer and it looks amazing.

It looks really nice, but I haven't purchased a Naughty Dog title since Crash Bandicoot in 1996.

Hope it's more of a survival horror game than an action game.
Too many zombie action games these days.

From what I hear, the premise is the horror movie every single person thought of the second they saw that zombie ant fungus featured on Planet Earth. "What if it affected humans?"

What I immediately thought after watching the trailer was that this is essentially a video game version of I Am Legend, minus the handsomely good looking Will Smith. Instead of him and his dog fighting for their life struggling to survive and find more survivors, it's a father and his daughter. Thats my guess anyway but we will obviously learn much more in the coming weeks.

Is it just me or does that guy vaguely resemble Old Snake?
Regardless, it's really good to see Sony developers pushing their cell processor to make some interesting and unique games still, no doubt ps3 has had some real unique titles with this technology and i'll be glad to play another as all of them have been fairly fantastic (Metal Gear 4, Heavenly Sword, Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2) as the best examples.
It's an interesting technology and has proven to bring some very rich gameplay/realism so i'm sure this game will be just as entertaining.
If more developers would get on the cell processor technology I think there is still much more to be unlocked, cause honestly it is still progressing, hopefully we see some more before next gen.

What, are you allergic or something? Have you tried Uncharted or Jak and Daxter? These are worthy games.
I want to see more before I get too excited, but, like every video game preview ever written, I'm cautiously optimistic.

Damn, this looks pretty sweet.
The 300 guy and his daughter in an I Am Legend type of role with humans turned into zombies from a fungal infection that first infected ants. Pretty much sums it up for me.
Hope one of you PS3 owners let me know how good it is.

Yeah, I must be allergic to pretty games with fairly standard and predictable gameplay. I've played nearly every post-Crash ND game to some extent along with a few of their pre-playstation "gems." ND games generally aren't my thing, but I try to give every game that interests me in the slightest a chance.
I hope this game cures my allergies.

Ops. Accidentally started my own thread on this. Can't believe this thread is on page 2.
Yeah, anytime Naughty Dog comes out with a brand new IP, I'm going to be willing to buy the game on day 1. They have earned my respect. Easily one of the 10 best developers in the world. I do hope however, that after this game Naughty Dog could begin work on a PS4 launch game. Jak 4 on the PS4 :)
