I realize this is an odd topic but it's one you don't see much information on. Unlike their regular counterparts, these end up with "Not for Resale" on the label and a part number headered with "DIS-". Currently I own two: Kirby's Dream Land 2 (DIS-DMG-AKBE-USA) and Tetris Attack (DIS-DMG-AYLE-USA). Beyond those I know of these:

*Donkey Kong Land
*Donkey Kong Land 2
*Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major League Baseball
*Kirby's Block Ball
*Pokemon Gold
*Pokemon Silver
*Wario Blast
*Wario Land 2 (?)

Have any others been discovered over the years? I know a Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening cart has been turned up, but from all appearances its just a regular game with a sticker on the back.

Here's a list from Nintendo Age:

Looks like your list is missing Kirby Block Ball?

If you count Japanese games, don't forget this one:

Slam Dunk - Shueisha Limited: http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k151288909
Sold for the low, low price of only 148,000 yen ($1,860)!

Interesting, the auction seems to be gone by now but did the cartridge have the actual DIS-DMG part number on it, or just DMG? I've noticed a lot of cases where people have been counting carts under the "not for resale" group simply because of the sticker, but the actual text and part number seems to be the true indication ofit being intended as a demo or not.
