I'm looking to get rid of a few but have no idea what the prices would be. Does anyone know of any watch communities that would give out price estimates?

Apologies in advance since this has nothing to do with games.

I'vce tried completed listings on eBay without any luck and the watch community I asked would give no estimates on their prices.

Ryaan2000 could probably help you out on this, he knows a thing or two about watches.

Here's the piece I'm trying to sell for my father.

http://mb.nawcc.org told me it's an 18K gold Bovet Triple Moon Chronograph. I'm guessing with the other part of the band (not pictured) on gold alone I should be able to sell it for quite a bit, but there have been no completed listings on one of these on ebay that even come close to matching the same style of watch.

Tried amazon too.

At this point I almost want to put it up for a week at auction and then pull it on the last day to see what people would be willing to pay for the thing.

I was at a local bookstore the other day...they had a collectors' price guide to watches in there... While I don't believe they had that exact watch in there (they may have, but I for some odd reason didn't remember much about this one, except Bovet, 18K gold, the style of the band, and the chronograph)...I found a similar one (without the moon bit there) listed, in 14K gold, for $700 in good shape, $1500 in fine shape, and $2500 in excellent shape. Assuming 18K gold, and assuming those figures are true, I'd say you're probably looking at somewhere close to $1200-$1800, given the apparent wear.
